PROVIDE FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT'S CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE
SOUTH FLORIDA HIGH INTENSITY DRUG TRAFFICKING AREA TASK FORCE AND
ELIGIBILITY FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES, IN A TOTAL AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $97,677.00, WITH NO CITY MATCH REQUIRED; FURTHER AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO DESIGNATE THE CHIEF OF POLICE TO EXECUTE ANY
AND ALL OTHER NECESSARY DOCUMENTS, ALL IN FORMS ACCEPTABLE TO THE
CITY ATTORNEY, IN ORDER TO IMPLEMENT THE ACCEPTANCE AND
ADMINISTRATION OF, AND COMPLIANCE WITH, SAID MOU.
