RESIDENCES AT DR. KING BOULEVARD DEVELOPMENT FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CREATING AFFORDABLE/WORKFORCE RENTAL HOUSING
FOR ELIGIBLE LOW TO MODERATE AND WORKFORCE INCOME
PERSONS; FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE
