Florida on Thursday, January 23, 2020 at 9:00 am in the City Commission
Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133, for
the purpose of the Resilient Multi -Family Housing Initiative, and for waiving
the requirements of obtaining sealed bids for the provision of the Disaster
Ready and Operations Efficiency Toolkit to identify strategies to Increase
climate resilience, water and energy efficiency and use of solar power in
existing affordable multifamily housing on energy and water efficiency and
disaster preparedness. This initiative is to be completed by Enterprise
Community Partners, Inc., a company qualified to do business in the State of
Florida whose principal address is 11000 Broken Land Parkway, Suite 700,
Columbia, Maryland, 21044.
Inquiries from other potential sources of such a package who feel that they might be
able to satisfy the City's requirements for this item may contact Annie Perez,
CPPO, Director, at the City of Miami Department of Procurement at (305) 416-1910.
The Miami City Commission requests all interested parties be present or represented
at the meeting and may be heard with respect to any proposition before
the City Commission in which the City Commission may take action. Should any
person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect
to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure
that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony
and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).

DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT, LOCATED ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF NE
15 STREET, FROM NE MIAMI COURT TO NE MIAMI PLACE, AUTHORIZING AND DI-
RECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID PLAT; AND
