FLORIDA, AS AMENDED ("MIAMI 21"); MORE SPECIFICALLY, AMENDING
APPENDIX "A" OF MIAMI 21, TITLED "NEIGHBORHOOD CONSERVATION
DISTRICT," TO INCORPORATE ADDITIONAL HEIGHT ALLOWANCES AND
FREEBOARD IN THE FLOODPLAIN; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
