BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The City Manager is directed to apply a living wage requirement, to the extent allowable by law, to the contract for the provision of custodial services at City Hall ("Agreement"). Section 2. The City Manager is further directed to return to the City Commission with a proposed amendment to the Agreement within one hundred twenty (120) days. Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor.'
