ENCLOSURES: Notice to the Public Please make arrangements to publish a Notice of Public Hearing for objections to the Enterprise Community Partners selection, and waiving of the requirements for formal sealed bids, for the provision of the grant received from the Urban Sustainability Director's Network ("USDN") to design a Resilient Multi -Family Housing Initiative, the Toolkit is to be developed by Enterprise Community Partners, Inc., a company qualified to do business in the State of Florida whose principal address is located a 11000 Broken Land Parkway, Suite 700, Columbia, Maryland, 21044. Attached is the advertisement. The public hearing has a scheduled for January 23, 2020. APPROVED: Mi 'am M. Santana Agenda Coordinator CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on Thursday, January 23, 2020 at 9:00 am in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133, for the purpose of the Resilient Multi -Family Housing Initiative, and for waiving the requirements of obtaining sealed bids for the provision of the Disaster Ready and Operations Efficiency Toolkit to identify strategies to increase climate resilience, water and energy efficiency and use of solar power in existing affordable multifamily housing on energy and water efficiency and disaster preparedness. This initiative is to be completed by Enterprise Community Partners, Inc., a company qualified to do business in the State of Florida whose principal address is 11000 Broken Land Parkway, Suite 700, Columbia, Maryland, 21044. Inquiries from other potential sources of such a package who feel that they might be able to satisfy the City's requirements for this item may contact Annie Perez, CPPO, Director, at the City of Miami Department of Procurement at (305) 416-1910. The Miami City Commission requests all interested parties be present or represented at the meeting and may be heard with respect to any proposition before the City Commission in which the City Commission may take action. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105). In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special accommodations to participate in this proceeding may contact the Office of the City Clerk at (305) 250-5361 (Voice) no later than five (5) business days prior to the proceeding.
