City of Miami Commission Chamber 3500 Pan American Drive Miami, FL 33133 Federal regulations governing CDBG and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with reasonable notice of and an opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/ or amendment of HUD programs. In addition, the public is advised of the proposed new allocation(s)/ amendment(s) to the funding of the City program(s) as indicated below: * T $ i. Discuss and proposed resolution authorizing amending the City of Miami's Department of Housing and Community Development's Single Family Rehabilitation Program ("Program") policy in order to change the maximum value of the properties that are qualified to benefit from the program. (sponsored by D4) 2. Discuss and proposed resolution authorizing the transfer of Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") funds in the amount of $40,000.00 from the Department of Capital Improvements to Parks and Recreation Department. (sponsored by D4) * The adoption of an Ordinance or Resolution by the City Commission, related to the proposed funding recommendation(s)/ amendment(s), authorizes the City Manager to draft/amend the appropriate City of Miami Action Plan. t This item(s) will be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 20 days. The review and comment period begins, Thursday, January 23, 2020 and ends Wednesday, February 12, 2020. The proposed funding recommendation(s)/amendment(s) will be presented to City Commission for approval on Thursday, February 13, 2020 (public hearing). $ Draft copies will be available at the City of Miami Department of Housing and Community Development office located at: 14 NE 1 Avenue, 2nd Floor Miami, Florida, 33132. Comments to the amendments must be submitted in writing to: 14 NE 1 Avenue, 2nd floor, Miami, Florida, 33132: Attn: Nancy Romani, and must be received no later than February 12, 2020 Interested individuals are encouraged to attend this Public Hearing. The meeting site is accessible to the handicapped.
